So here what's going on..

I've was stupid enough to attempt to transfer some of my domain names to RegisterFly.com some time in March 2009. Unfortunately for me, I didn't know about all sorts of lovely things happening to this dreadful provider.

I've initiated the transfers and left it alone for some time. In few weeks I've noticed that my domains are no longer showing up under Transfer Status page, but neither they showed under Domain Names. Seeing how this could be an issue, I've contacted Customer Service via chat support and IM'ed with HarryW, which can be found here. HarryW returned the amount RegFly charged me as a credit to my account and when I've asked him whether I could get an actual refund he suggested to "request it via Support System".. Satisfied with HarryW's help, I've contacted the RegFly Support.

It's been a while now.. but since my first post dated 2009-05-18, I haven't seem my refund.. Today is 2009-06-12, btw..

The multiple domain transfer have failed and disappeared dfsdfjsdlfjsdlfsdjflksjffrom "in progress" page, either system (old or new). I've asked a question about a coupon not working, but it was left unanswered for weeks and still is (although now it's irrelevant). I've contacted CS (Harry) via chat to figure out what's happening and he refunded applied the balance of the transaction to my account manually. Apparently I was caught between systems. All my transfers have failed with no fault of my own. If RegFsdkjfsdklfjsdlfjsdlkfsjfy would give me an additional $50 credit, thus apologizing for the trouble, I would give you another shot.. Otherwise, please refund whichever card I've used.
